If you express an interest in a piece, I will flag it with a sale pending notification.  Necklaces and bracelets may need to be altered or remade-to-order for a proper fit.  Different people like different types of earring wires and most pieces can be switched to another type.  See the note near the top of the Earring Page.  14k solid-gold may be obtained and used, and I will bill you the difference at my cost. 

Because of the need for personal assistance, I do not use order forms or shopping carts on my website.  Let me know what you want, either call the number at the bottom of the screen, or drop me a note and we'll make the needed arrangements.

Payment can be by check or through PayPal.  If you choose to write a check, I will provide you with my mailing address.  After the check has cleared, shipment will be made.  Checks clear very quickly, usually just a couple of days.  I laugh when I see the "10-day waiting period" elsewhere on the net and in the world.  Trust me, US banks do NOT sit on checks.  Unlike air traffic control, the Federal Reserve is very current when it comes to technology.

If you desire to use a credit or debit card, I will invoice you through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to utilize this method of payment.

The preferred method of shipping is US Priority Mail billed at cost, including insurance if you desire, I'll leave that up to you.  In addition to shipping, I charge a $1.00 handling fee to cover the cost of packaging.

8.25% sales tax for all sales in Texas.  Sorry, but the taxman changed the rules effective September 1, 2007 and all sales tax is calculated at the point of origin, not where the items are being shipped.  Anyone outside the state of Texas, so far, so good ... no tax applicable.

I guarantee my pieces for their workmanship.  If something breaks, contact me.  Keep in mind, some components are one-of-a-kind and therefore irreplaceable.  I will let you know during the ordering process if your piece has an irreplaceable component.  If something should happen to one of those components, we will work out a suitable replacement.

If you receive a piece and it wasn't what you were expecting or wanted, please notify me within 2 weeks (14 days).  I will refund your money, less any credit card fees I had to pay, after the piece is returned.
